DELIVERY OF YOUR MAGNOLIA BLOOMS & COVID-19 DELIVERY PROCEDURES

Due to the recent pandemic, Magnolia Blooms have implemented courier procedures that are important for our customers to be aware of.

Please note: When ordering it is extremely important to add the recipients contact number in the delivery instructions, as contacting the recipients via phone is a very important step in completing deliveries at this time. Please also be extra specific with delivery instructions to help ensure that our couriers are leaving your blooms and gifts in the correct location and are safe.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

Magnolia Blooms can deliver your blooms within the same day. We ask that you place your order by 12noon. For delivery outside of the City of Greater Bendigo your order must be placed by 2.00pm the day prior to delivery. If you would really love your blooms delivered on the same day but it is after 12noon, just give us a call and we will let you know if we can deliver your beautiful blooms!

Please note that we are only able to guarantee delivery MONDAY to FRIDAY. Please contact us for Saturday availability.

All flowers and gifts are delivered with utmost care.

NON-DELIVERIES
If the incorrect delivery details are provided or we are unable to gain access to the property due to locked gates or barking pooches, we may need to return the product to our store and contact you to arrange re-delivery which will incur an extra re-delivery fee and/or you are more than welcome to pick up in store.

Magnolia Blooms will do its best to deliver your blooms and gifts within the time frames indicated. If the incorrect delivery details are provided or we are unable to gain access to the property due to locked gates or barking pooches, we may return the product to our store and contact you to arrange a further re-delivery which will incur a re-delivery fee.

If the recipient is not at the address specified when the delivery is made, Magnolia Blooms will do its best to leave the product in a safe location. A photo image will be taken for our records. Magnolia Blooms will not be liable if your blooms or gifts go missing or is lost or damaged.

In the unlikely event that a product cannot be delivered it will be brought back to our store and we will make contact with you to arrange a new delivery time and date. The customer will remain responsible for the cost of all deliveries.

ACCESSING RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES
Our couriers will leave your delivery in a safe and sheltered location. We will take a photograph of where we leave your delivery. Recipients will be texted once the item has been left.

IF PROPERTY IS NOT ACCESSIBLE
Our courier will attempt to gain access via intercom/buzzer/bell and if access cannot be gained our courier will call or text the recipients number to arrange a suitable time for delivery.

BUSINESS DELIVERIES
Our couriers will leave all deliveries at reception or safely outside the office internal door. If reception is unmanned the delivery will be left at the desk and the recipient will be notified via text message. 

HOSPITAL DELIVERIES

Couriers will take deliveries to the reception of the ward of the recipient and staff will advise whether to take them to the room. If not delivered directly to the room, the delivery will be left at the desk with a staff member.

At Magnolia Blooms, we promise to do our best to proceed with all deliveries as normal and notify our customers of any issues. We would also like to ensure that all blooms that leave Magnolia Blooms is moisture wrapped to keep blooms as fresh as possible.
