Magnolia Blooms collects information from the customer so that we can successfully provide you with our services and products. Information we require can include the full name of the customer and the recipient, email address, delivery address, contact phone numbers and credit card details.

Magnolia Blooms will not disclose any personal information to a third party who is not involved in the preparation and/or delivery of the product unless authorised to do so or required by law.

CANCELLATION

Magnolia Blooms cannot cancel any order that has already been made up. If the cancellation request is made prior to the order being made up Magnolia Blooms will accept cancellation and provide a full refund.

REFUNDS

Magnolia Blooms may, depending on the circumstances, refund the price of the product. We are also able to offer other solutions such as resending the product or resending a different gift of the same value. This will be determined on a case by case basis in our complete discretion.
